Individual Therapy Sessions
Personal Support
Whether you're a teen or an adult, individual therapy at Winding Roots Wellness is a space to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, your story, and your innate capacity for healing. Whether you're navigating the tender terrain of parenting, processing trauma, untangling long-held patterns, or facing a season of overwhelm, you're not alone here.

This work meets you where you are—emotionally, relationally, and neurologically. Some days may feel heavy, others spacious. Both are welcome. In this space, healing doesn’t mean pushing through—it means learning to listen inward, to move at your own pace, and to relate to yourself with more safety and trust.
Rooted in the Logic of Safety + Connection, our work together invites self-awareness, emotional regulation, choice, and a felt sense of relational safety.
Couples Therapy Sessions
Shared Support
Relationships can be both our greatest source of support and our most painful triggers. Whether you're longing for more connection, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply feeling stuck in the same patterns, couples therapy offers a space to slow down and truly see one another again.

Our work together focuses on creating a relational foundation of safety—where emotions can be expressed, needs can be named, and patterns can be understood rather than repeated. Through an attachment-based lens, we explore how early experiences may be shaping present dynamics and how each partner seeks safety, connection, or closeness—even if it's not always expressed clearly.
Guided by the Logic of Safety + Connection, we’ll look at how each of you responds under pressure, how disconnection takes hold, and how to move toward mutual understanding, respect, and repair.
Therapy won’t ask you to pick sides or fix each other. Instead, it offers a space where both of you can be held with compassion, curiosity, and care as you practice new ways of relating—together.
Consultations
Evaluate Connection
Choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision. I offer free 15-minute phone or virtual consultations (20-30-minutes for couples therapy consultations) so we can explore what you're looking for and how I might support you.
Whether you’re ready to begin therapy or simply feeling things out, this space is here for questions, clarity, and connection.
You don’t have to have it all figured out—reaching out is a meaningful first step, and we’ll go from there together.
